INDIKATIONEN:
chronisches Nierenversagen.
Lebererkrankung im Zusammenhang mit Enzephalopathie.
Bedingungen, die eine Reduzierung des Natriums in der Nahrung erfordern.
Oxalat-Urolithiasis.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN:
Bedingungen, die eine hohe Aufnahme von Protein oder Phosphor erfordern.
Fortpflanzung, Wachstum.
HAUPTVORTEILE:
niedriger Phosphorspiegel: zum Schutz vor fortschreitender Nierenschädigung, Hyperphosphatämie und Hyperthyreose.
Niedriger Proteingehalt, aber von hoher Qualität: zur Begrenzung der Bildung von urämischen Toxinen und der Entwicklung von Begleiterkrankungen.
Erhöhte Omega-3-Fettsäuren: Hohe Mengen an langkettigen Omega-3-Fettsäuren, um glomeruläre Hypertonie und Nierenentzündungen zu reduzieren (Trockenformel).
VORTEILE UND ZUSÄTZLICHE FUNKTIONEN:
begünstigt die Akzeptanz durch inappetente oder magersüchtige Patienten und zur unbefristeten Anwendung.
