+ Chlorhexidin 3 %: Molekül mit bakterizider Wirkung, das in der klinischen Praxis zur topischen Behandlung von Pyodermie verwendet wird.
+ Ceramide: Substanzen mit Lipidcharakter, grundlegende Bestandteile der Lipidbarriere der Epidermis.
+ Phytosphingosine: Verbindungen mit Lipidcharakter, die im Stratum corneum der Haut von Säugetieren weit verbreitet sind und entzündungshemmende und bakteriostatische Wirkung haben.
Die Konzentration von 3 % Chlorhexidin gilt in allen durchgeführten klinischen Studien als wirksam und die Anwesenheit von Ceramiden und Phytosphingosinen ermöglicht die Erhaltung oder Wiederherstellung der Integrität des Oberflächenlipidfilms. Die Integrität der epidermalen Barriere ist bei Patienten mit atopischer Dermatitis von grundlegender Bedeutung. Daher ist es wichtig, Trockenheit, Dehydrierung und Hautreizungen unter Kontrolle zu halten.
Theraxidin ist nützlich zur Behandlung jeder Art von Pyodermie und eignet sich hervorragend für die Behandlung von Personen, die wiederkehrende Pyodermie entwickeln.
