Wasser zur Zubereitung hinzufügen (ca. 80 ml), Deckel fest verschließen und schütteln, bis eine homogene Mischung entsteht, ca. 3 Stunden im Gefrierschrank ruhen lassen. Halten Sie das Produkt von Wärmequellen fern, um Geschmacks- und Eigenschaftenveränderungen zu vermeiden. Fertiges Eis sollte im Gefrierschrank aufbewahrt und innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach der Zubereitung verzehrt werden. Das Überschreiten der empfohlenen Dosen kann in einigen Fällen zu einer Dysbiose führen.
