Der niedrige Phosphorgehalt trägt dazu bei, das Fortschreiten des Nierenversagens zu verlangsamen, während frisches Huhn, die einzige leichte und verdauliche Proteinquelle, bei Empfindlichkeit ideal ist. Die Präbiotika Fos und Mos unterstützen die Schaffung eines optimalen Umfelds für die Magen-Darm-Flora und tragen so dazu bei, die Entstehung von Magengeschwüren zu verlangsamen. Das Antioxidationssystem auf Basis von Taurin, Vitamin E und C trägt dazu bei, die Nieren und den gesamten Körper vor dem Angriff freier Radikale zu schützen und das Immunsystem zu stärken.
