das Hydro-Lipid-Gleichgewicht der Haut physiologischer pH-Wert, die Lipidkomponente und das Vorhandensein natürlicher Wirkstoffe mit beruhigender, feuchtigkeitsspendender und
-Wirkung Antioxidans.
Die Produkte der THERAIDRA-Linie sind reich an erweichenden und feuchtigkeitsspendenden Lipidsubstanzen wie Glycyrrhetinsäure, Palmitoylethanolamid (PEA) und Aloe Vera, um Haut und Fell auch bei Hautausschlägen oder Dermatitis zu reinigen, bei denen eine Wiederherstellung erforderlich ist die Integrität der Hautbarriere und unterstützen die normale Funktion des Hautmikrobioms. Der Hauptinhaltsstoff ist BIOME21®, ein origineller Wirkstoffkomplex (Acetyl Heptapeptide-4 und Inulin-Komplex), der Folgendes bewirken kann:
- Stärkt die Funktion der Hautbarriere gegen physikalische Einwirkungen und Krankheitserreger
- Fördert eine größere mikrobielle Vielfalt, das Gleichgewicht der Hautmikrobiota und die Zunahme nützlicher Bakterien auf der Haut
- Erhöhen Sie die Expression von Genen, die mit interzellulären Verbindungen verbunden sind, und fördern Sie so die Integrität der Hautbarriere
- Stimulieren Sie die Immunantwort gegen Keratinozyten-Pathogene
- Modulieren Sie das Profil von Ceramiden, indem Sie einen Anstieg langkettiger Ceramide fördern, die für den Erhalt der Hautbarriere unerlässlich sind
- Reduzieren Sie den Wasserverlust der Epidermis erheblich und bewahren Sie so die Hautfeuchtigkeit.
In-vitro-Wirksamkeitsstudien haben die Fähigkeit von BIOME21® gezeigt, eine Veränderung der Hautmikrobiota zugunsten nützlicher Bakterien zu fördern. Menschliche Keratinozyten wurden 24 Stunden lang mit BIOME21® oder mit einem Kulturmedium als Kontrolle vorinkubiert. Anschließend wurden die Epidermiszellen einer Mischung aus grün fluoreszierend markiertem S.epidermidis und rot fluoreszierendem inaktiviertem S.aureus ausgesetzt. Die Keratinozytenkerne waren mit blauer Fluoreszenz gefärbt.
