      Cobalaplex is formulated to support normal blood concentrations of cobalamin (vitamin B12) and folic acid (vitamin B9) in dogs and cats.

      COBALAPLEX 60 capsules
      Each capsule contains:

      • 0.5 mg of Cyanocobalamin PXN-B12

      • 0, 2 mg of Folic Acid

      • Preplex Prebiotic
        Acacia (gum arabic)
        Fruit-Oligo-Saccharides (FOS)

      • Artificial chicken flavor

      How to use and daily ration.
      Add to daily diet according to the table.
      Give the capsules whole, or open them and sprinkle the contents over the food.
      The daily dose can be adjusted (increased or decreased) to maintain normal blood cobalamin levels.
