In accordance with European legislation and applicable consumer protection laws, consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund if the purchased goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Consumers also have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised:

• by e-mail;

Return Conditions

• Returned products must be intact, unused, and properly stored.

• In the event of a defective or damaged product, customers are kindly requested to report the issue and provide photographs to facilitate verification.

• Once the return has been accepted, the purchase price and, where required by law, the original shipping costs will be refunded.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

• Refunds will be processed within the time limits established by applicable law after verification of the returned goods.

Inspection of Returned Goods

Upon receipt, all returned products will be inspected by our staff.

If the product shows signs of use, damage not attributable to transport, or conditions incompatible with the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal, a reduction of the refund may be applied to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In accordance with European regulations applicable from 19 June 2026, this website provides an electronic function dedicated to exercising the right of withdrawal.

This function is accessible through the customer account area and via the relevant links available on the website. Through this procedure, consumers can submit their withdrawal declaration quickly and easily.

After the withdrawal request has been submitted, the system automatically generates an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (such as e-mail), containing the details of the submitted request.
