Der mit der Einnahme von L-Carnitin verbundene hohe Proteingehalt trägt dazu bei, die Fettmasse zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig einen guten Muskeltonus aufrechtzuerhalten, was für eine optimale Körperkondition sorgt. Eine ausreichende Ballaststoffaufnahme (FOS) hilft, die Insulinproduktion zu stimulieren, die Magenentleerung zu verlangsamen und die Glukoseaufnahme zu fördern.
