KOMPOSITION

Harnsäuerungsmittel: Ammoniumchlorid (3,5 g / kg); DL-Methionin (2,5 g / kg).
WIRKMECHANISMUS
Die geringen Konzentrationen an Proteinen, Phosphor und Magnesium erzeugen eine ungünstige Umgebung für die Aggregation und Ausfällung von Struvitkristallen.
Die ansäuernde Wirkung von DL-Methionin und Ammoniumchlorid hält einen leicht sauren pH-Wert im Urin aufrecht und hemmt die Bildung von Kristallen und die Vermehrung von Bakterien.
Diese Bedingungen machen das Produkt auch bei der Behandlung von idiopathischer Zystitis nützlich.
