METHOD OF USE

Quietex oral paste : for the competition administer, in the oral cavity, 1 syringe the day before the competition and another syringe 2 hours before the test.
For transport, administer 1 syringe 2 hours before departure and a second syringe after 8 hours if transport is prolonged.

Quietex Powder : 1 scoop per day (30 g), regardless of the weight of the subject.
