The THERATEST PCG quick diagnosis kit (Canine parvovirus,Canine coronavirusAndGiardia), is based on the immunochromatographic technique and is designed for the rapid and qualitative assessment of canine Parvovirus, Canine Coronavirus and Giardia antigens in dog and cat feces. The test consists of three separate zones: one for the detection of the canine Parvovirus antigen, another for the detection of the canine Coronavirus antigen and another for the detection of the Giardia antigen.
Each zone has a rounded well where the sample is inserted and a results zone containing the T line (test line) and the C line (control line).
Once the sample has been inserted into the well, migration occurs by capillarity along the membrane.
If the result is negative, a single purple band will appear in zone C.
The band in zone C always appears, since it is a control band and indicates the correct execution of the test.
If the result is positive, in addition to band C, a purple band will also appear in the test area (line T).

Conservation and stability
The kit must be stored at a temperature between 2 ° and 30 ° C.

The kit has been designed to be stored at room temperature.
