An exclusively meat-based diet covers only a small part of the nutrients, so it often lacks mineral salts, vitamins, trace elements and essential fatty acids, necessary for food needs. Choosing correctly the fibers necessary for a regular gastrointestinal function and the raw materials with important secondary plant principles (polyphenols, carotenoids, bioflavonoids, tannins and bitter substances ...) is also a difficult task.BELCANDO® MIX IT combines these nutrients and fibers in an optimal and balanced way in a single product in the form of tasty grain and meat free croquettes.
 

The use ofBELCANDO® MIX IT is incredibly simple: you mix a third ofBELCANDO® MIX IT to two thirds of meat. Those who find it more practical can use the Single Protein cans ofBELCANDO® instead of using fresh or frozen meat. These are pure meat cans, available in beef, poultry, horse and kangaroo varieties (200g and 400g each).

• Particularly good alternative to cereals.
• Compared to cereals, it has significantly higher levels of important nutrients (proteins, essential amino acid lysine, unsaturated fatty acids, mineral salts, trace elements) and is highly digestible even by small children and by subjects with eating disorders.

• Amaranth belongs to the Amarantaceae family, which also includes other varieties of vegetables such as spinach, chard and turnips.
• Amaranth is one of the oldest plants used by humanity and in Aztec culture it was even considered sacred as it was believed to give a lot of strength.
• In Germany, the cultivation of amaranth began in the Middle Ages and continues today.
