Service Recommendations
- The kennel cover should be removed regularly and machine washed at a temperature in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (usually 30-40°C). For surface stains, you can use a damp cloth or soft brush to gently clean the material. The padding of the kennel should not be washed in the washing machine; simply shake it or wipe it with a damp cloth. Dry the kennel at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, to prevent the material from losing its shape and colour. The non-slip bottom of the kennel must be cleaned with a damp cloth; do not use aggressive chemicals. Shaking and airing the bed regularly will keep it fresh and comfortable for your pet. Avoid prolonged contact with water or moisture to prevent deformation and unpleasant odors.
