Ricotta cheese
Milk proteins are washed 3 times after separation from whey. This makes the ricotta lactose-free. Ricotta is a high-quality protein. It contains all the essential amino acids. It also contains tryptophan,precursor of serotonin and dopamine (the hormones of happiness), as well as vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamins B1, B6, PP, A, D and E.

Buckwheat
It is not a cereal, but an algae and a medicinal plant. The flavonoids in buckwheat are antibacterial. They support the antibacterial action of cottage cheese and improve the healthy effect on teeth. Dosage:
