• Ricotta cheese

Milk proteins  are washed 3 times after separation from whey.This makes ricotta lactose free. Ricotta is a high quality protein. It contains all the essential amino acids. It also contains tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin and dopamine (the happiness hormones), as well as vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamins B1, B6, PP, A, D and E.

• Buckwheat

It is not a cereal, but a gnarled and medicinal plant. Flavonoids in buckwheat are antibacterial. They support the antibacterial action of cottage cheese and improve the healthy effect on teeth. In addition, they act against inflammation throughout the body, but especially in the intestinal mucosa. The absence of gluten and lectins also contributes to this. Dosage:
