Surgery to help our friends.

Even in veterinary medicine, surgery has made great strides and more and more frequently it is possible to attend interventions that, even if complex and demanding, bring our little friends to complete recovery.

Surgery may be required for preventive, therapeutic or emergency purposes.
Whatever the nature of the surgery, the stress of the operation can cause changes in the immune system.

It is for this reason that every time we face a surgical intervention we should consider a particular diet that helps our pet to counteract the alterations of the immune system caused by operational stress and beyond.
