- Ideal ratio between Omega 6 / Omega 3 equal to 4: 1, recommended by the international literature.
Composition
One pearl (500 mg of oil) contains: Linoleic Acid 220.0 mg, γ Linolenic Acid 82.0 mg, α Linolenic Acid 63.0 mg, Stearidonic Acid 14.0 mg, Vitamin E 1.000 mcg.
