Duoflect dogs 2-10 kg and cats over 5 kg spot on 3 pipettes

Duoflect is a spot-on solution for dogs from 2 to 10 kg and for cats over 5 kg against fleas and ticks and each of the 3 pipettes contains 0.7 ml of product.

Distributed by Ceva it is the pesticide with an effective action for the treatment and prevention of flea and / or tick infestations, with the longest duration for its category available in the specialized channel.

The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

In dogs:
- Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.).

Immediate insecticidal efficacy against new adult flea infestations persists for 9 weeks.

Prevention for 8 weeks after applying flea multiplication by inhibiting flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and egg development (and subsequent laying) in adult fleas.

- Treatment and prevention of tick infestation (Dermacentor reticulatus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus). The product has immediate and lasting acaricidal efficacy for 6 weeks after application.

In cats:
- Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.). Immediate insecticidal efficacy against new adult flea infestations persists for 8 weeks.

Prevention for 6 weeks after applying flea multiplication by inhibiting flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and egg development (and subsequent laying) in adult fleas.

- Treatment and prevention of tick infestation (Rhipicephalus turanicus). The product has immediate and lasting acaricidal efficacy for 5 weeks after application.

COMPOSITION

Fipronil, with insecticidal and acaricidal action on adults (fleas, ticks)
(S) -methoprene, an insect growth inhibitor (IGR), which has an ovicidal and larvicidal action.

METHOD OF USE

How to apply:

Disconnect one of the blisters from the blister card. This will prevent accidental opening of the adjacent blister, protecting unopened pipettes from exposure to moisture.

Open the blister with scissors.

To avoid damaging the pipette, cut along the line marked with the scissors icon. Carefully open the cut end guard and remove the pipette.

Keep the pipette upright.

Tap lightly to make sure that the entire liquid content is inside the main body of the pipette. Fold the upper pipette strip back.

If necessary, the pipette can be set down.

To open the pipette break the top along the indicated line.

Open the mantle between the shoulder blades to make the skin visible.

Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty the contents completely and directly on the skin in one place.

Applying the solution near the base of the neck minimizes the possibility of the animal licking off the solution.
