WARNINGS:
Care should be taken to avoid the following practices as they may increase the risk of resistance development and may ultimately result in ineffective therapy: too frequent and repeated use of anthelmintics of the same class over a prolonged period of time; under-dosing, due to incorrect body weight estimation, failure to administer the product, or lack of calibration of the dosing device (if any). Suspected clinical cases of resistance to anthelmintics should be verified using appropriate tests (e.g. Faecal Egg Reduction Test). When test results confirm resistance to a particular anthelmintic, an anthelmintic belonging to another pharmacological class and having a different mode of action should be used. Selection of major resistance genes leading to the development of resistance may lead to ineffective anthelmintic therapy. Special precautions for use in animals. Do not administer the product during the first 4 weeks of pregnancy. Special precautions to be taken by the person administering the veterinary medicinal product to animals. Wash hands after use. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye irritation, seek medical advice. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.
