COMPOSITION:
Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains: Micronized mebendazole 480 mg
Excipients: Lactose, icing sugar, diastasated corn flour, fish meal, maltodextrin, chicken meat meal, rice starch, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium chloride.

PHARMACEUTICAL FORM: Tablets
USE/ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral
DOSAGE: One tablet every 16 kg of animal weight per day. The tablet is easily divisible into four parts, each used to treat 4 kg of animal. The chewable tablets are palatable to animals and are taken spontaneously with rare exceptions; in these cases they can be crumbled or incorporated into a small quantity of desired food or disguised together with other kibble. Always round the weight of the animal to the next whole number. By administering Lendue according to the methods indicated, the total disappearance of adult parasites is achieved; to eliminate the larval forms it is necessary to repeat the complete treatment after 60 days for roundworm infestations and after 18 days for hookworm infestations from the end of the first treatment.
STORAGE:
Store in a dry place at room temperature and protected from light. Store in the original container and keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep the medicine out of reach of children and pets. Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal product packaged for sale: 5 years.
WARNINGS: In order to achieve effective parasite control, treatment should be carried out based on the results of the parasitological examination of the feces. It is not necessary to fast the animal during treatment; However, it is good practice during deworming, and from the day before, to give the animal smaller, lighter meals than usual. It is preferable to administer the drug on an empty stomach. The elimination of parasites begins from the first administration, the disappearance of the eggs usually occurs within 10 - 15 days after the last administration. Therefore, the stool examination for control must be carried out after the aforementioned period of time has elapsed. During the treatment and also subsequently it is necessary to carry out appropriate disinfestation operations in the premises, especially in kennels or breeding farms, in order to avoid re-infestations. Furthermore, it is advisable to carry out chemical denaturation of the feces expelled by the treated subjects in order to destroy any live parasites emitted and thus interrupt the continuation of the parasitic cycle. Special precautions for use in animals: none. Special precautions to be taken by the person administering the product to animals: none. The administration of excessive doses does not cause any symptoms other than vomiting above 500 mg/kg of active ingredient in dogs and 300 mg/kg of active ingredient in cats.
