Indications: It represents the natural alternative to mare's colostrum; it has been specifically formulated to guarantee passive immunity to the foal in all circumstances in which the intake of maternal colostrum is inadequate and impractical; for example if the mare is defied as a result of a difficult birth or has problems with mastitis or more simply is a primipara poor in colostrum; recommended in foals in post-natal respiratory acidosis (dysmetabolism that reduces the absorption of immunoglobulins) or constitutionally weak due to inbreeding that occurs in herds subject to high genetic pressure; improves the foal's reactivity to the environment, ensures maximum efficiency of its passive immune defenses, guarantees a significant reduction in post-natal pathologies and health costs attributable to subsequent therapeutic treatments.

Posology: Administer orally in the very first moments of the foals' life; intestinal absorption of antibodies is maximum within the first 2 hours of life, then gradually decreases until it is exhausted after 24-36 hours; if the foal does not show the swallowing reflex, dilute the paste in lukewarm water to obtain a fluid that can be administered for a rhinoesophageal probe; orphaned foals. Medium-sized orphaned foals: 1 sachet of 450 g of Getway equal to 1.7 liters of reconstituted product. Foals born from primiparous or in which the intake of maternal colostrum was incomplete: half bag equal to 850 ml of reconstituted product; reconstitute the product by pouring 500 ml of drinking water at a temperature of 40 ° C into a clean container, gradually add the powder to obtain a homogeneous suspension. Add another 500 ml of hot water and shake until a homogeneous suspension of 1.7 liters of product ready for administration is obtained.
